I had the opportunity to kick it with Tiny @ her new nail bar in ATL, and we chatted about the new season of “Tiny & Toya”, which premieres April 13 on BET. We also talked about the love of her life T.I., their always talked about upcoming wedding, and the negative comments all over the blogs….
Some really interesting things we may have to look forward to by her and T.I…a possible collabo, His & Hers Fragrances, and a Relationships book.
SWV is working on something new, and while in ATL, they took some hot new photos with celeb photographer Derek Blanks…check out their photoshoot, and stay tuned for that new SWV ( you know they were the ish back in the day)… [hair by lee-makeup by saisha beecham-wardrobe by shun melson]
Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges will explain the importance of taking 10 minutes to fill out 10 questions on the Census to young African Americans, to ensure that our communities receive part of a $400B allotment every year of federal support. These dollars help maintain bridges, tunnels and public works, emergency services, schools, and job training using Census numbers that stand for 10 years!
Ludacris quotes: “I look at our communities now and I see many empty lots, closed clinics, dilapidated schools and an overall breakdown of social services for the poor and elderly,” says Ludacris. “Today is a day for change. I plan to knock on doors in various neighborhoods around this country to try and dispel any myths about the Census. It’s important that we all stand up and be counted so we can help create potential financial opportunities for our dying communities.”
To create awareness and motivate this elusive, hard to count demographic, who are young, single males (African American males tend to be the most undercounted in our community) Wait, there’s more…

Keyshia Cole was ripped apart by a judge in New Jersey yesterday — a judge who called the singer’s testimony “nonsensical” and then questioned her literacy.
Keyshia Cole was being sued by an event promoter who claims she blew off an appearance in 2006 after he paid her $15,000 up front. The judge not only ruled against Cole, but she blasted the singer in her written opinion, saying Cole’s testimony was “confused and at times nonsensical.” But the judge’s biggest shot: Cole appeared so reluctant to read certain documents while testifying, “that it appears at times that she was not literate.” Eventually the judge realized Cole was literate — when Cole managed to read documents that she thought helped her case.
Ultimately, Cole was ordered to fork over nearly $160k in damages.
This seems to be the topic of discussion, especially recently with Tameka Foster, ex wife of Usher Raymond. She even takes time to beef on Twitter with V-103′s Elle Duncan, because Elle made a joke about using “RAYMOND”…even though she’s not married to Usher either…[see clip below] Share and Enjoy:
